Most likely you've received tracking by email (check spam), but if it's missing, you're welcome to contact us!

New return label:
You'll get it by email when the return form is filled in, but if you need a different type of return, reply to us by email and we'll usually sort it out :)
Change an order before it ships?
We can arrange that if you're quick to send an email and include both what you want to remove from the order and what you want to add. Ideally with a product link, colour and size so it's clear what you want to switch to.
Received the wrong item?
Send an email with a photo of the item you received. Note that if you return an item that's mislabelled, please include a note about it in the parcel so the warehouse is aware of the error when they receive the return.
Missing item?
Send an email and we'll arrange a new shipment in no time 🚀
Parcel marked as delivered, but you can't find it?
Check with neighbours and the carrier. In 99% of cases this sorts itself out. But if the parcel is still missing, we're here to solve it anyway!
