Refund policy

FAST AND EASY RETURNS
When you shop at shapeit.dk, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

After receiving the goods, you are only allowed to handle them in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with an unequivocal statement no later than 30 days after receiving the item.

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier and any tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the item if you change your mind.

DO YOU NEED A RETURN LABEL?
If you want a return label from us, please contact us at info@shapeit.dk and provide your order number and which items you wish to return. We will then send an email with a return label you can use to send back your items. If you use our return label, 50 DKK will be deducted from the refund amount. Our return label includes insured parcel post, so you are covered if your return package is lost during shipping. We therefore always recommend our customers use this, as you are responsible for the package/items until we receive it.

BEFORE YOU SEND A RETURN:
We expect you to send the items back as soon as possible after notifying us of your withdrawal, and you must return them no later than 30 days after your withdrawal.
We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it. (Tags and packaging, etc.)
From the time we receive your return package, processing time is up to 3 business days.
Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
We do not accept packages from DAO, as these are delivered at night when our office is closed.
We do not accept packages sent without delivery. All return packages must be sent to our address.
You must include a copy of the order confirmation or a note with the order number.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid at purchase. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used. If you have used our return label, 50 DKK will be deducted from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, wholly or partially. This happens if the item’s value has diminished because

You have effectively used the item.
It has been damaged while in your possession.
If we assess that the item smells of smoke or detergent/perfume.
Hair or stains on the product.
